We gladly accept cancellations within 3 hours of purchase.
Even though we make our maximum for you to be satisfied with your purchase, it can happen that an item is found faulty. You need to contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will establish how to proceed.
We don't accept exchanges but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalised orders. Please double check your information carefully when you order as we cannot offer refunds or free replacements on custom items that have been made if the incorrect details were supplied.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
